Not a very good experience at all today. I specifically asked the service advisor Ricardo Del Rosio at the beginning of my service for the maintenance reminder sticker to be placed in my vehicle only for it not to be done. With that being said, the young man with red hair who did come out to put the sticker on my vehicle, was nothing but rude. He made excuses from the start , saying his boss has been trying to get them to stop doing this. My response to him was, my vehicle does not have a maintenance reminder because it is an older vehicle. He was very unprofessional and at one point said, yeah, yeah, yeah to me. It was quite obvious that he needs some additional customer service training. I feel as though my request was undermined from the start.
My service went quick and easy. Johnny was friendly and knowledgeable
Rick was very helpful and accommodating. He was very patient and I didn’t feel like he was in a rush to answer all my questions and concerns. I also liked the shuttle service. I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all when I left my car in the dealership.

They said they check the tire pressure with the service they did to my car they lied they didn’t even check the pressure of the air tires they were un-even all four they had different air pressure I called the Manager let him Know That So they lied to you they tell you they check So How Could you Trusted them?

It was a seamless process and Jay explained what procedures were done for my car and if there was anything that I needed to be on the look out for. He also gave me some information on what my car data said about my driving, which was cool!

Service was excellent, but would have appreciated a car wash, especially since the car was ready by 9 am and I didn’t pick up until late afternoon.
