Waited about an hour for shuttle to pick me up. I work very close to Spreen & it was super hot waiting outside for Spreen Shuttle. Also, when calling was on hold for 7-10 mins. each time I called. I thought maybe someone could’ve just used my car to come less than a mile to pick me up? Taylor from Spreen got a car & picked me up & had cool air conditioning going & some very apologetic & kind words for on our way to pick up my car. So all in all everything worked out okay. Thank you.

Tried too charge me for the tire tried saying my warranty won’t cover it and to come to find out my warranty will because I have it till 36k miles and my cars at 33k miles it was just a hassle with them arguing about it not covering and then 5 mins later after leaving my tire lights back on
