I took my car in because my air stopped working. I had a extended warranty and it had to get approved from century. Well I took it in on a Thursday and waited for Remy to call me back and he never did. I even left a message and didn’t get no call back until I called to complain. I called century and they told me it was approved 3 days ago from when I first took it in. I am so upset mind I’ve been driving my car with no air and it’s so hot. I took it in on the 9th and I just got it back today. I think he is so inconsiderate and they seemed like I had to deal with him only.
I waited almost 3 1/2 hours for a shuttle ride to pick up my car. I realize they were short staffed, but to have only one driver for drop offs and pick ups from 1130 on is not acceptable. I think they need to hire more people or find substitutes within their existing workforce when the need arises.
I appreciate the great customer service I received. I purchased my Honda at the Riverside location. I have been disappointed with the lack of turnaround time and customer service with that location. I am so happy I made the switch. Thank you for taking care of my concerns with my truck in such a timely manner.

I have my air filters and cabin filters done a little while ago but now you’re telling me I need new ones already not happy with that

Took car in for oil leak. Tech said i have no oil leak. Brought car home, oil in my garage like b4. Also told tech i had my car detailed on Friday; inside and out. When i got home my car mats were dirty with black shoe prints and black scuff marks on bottom of door area.

Went in to get an issue diagnosed. Was basically told they weren’t exactly sure, but it was “probably” the transmission. But still charged their service fee with no real diagnosis on our vehicle.
