I brought my crv in on Monday for a noise. It was diagnosed as a bad motor mount and I was told the part needed to be ordered in and the car would be finished on Tuesday. I received a call Tuesday from Patrick telling me that the part that came in was wrong and that it needed to be re ordered but that the car would be ready on Wednesday. I didn’t receive a call on Wednesday so I called on Thursday to check the status. The service writer said they were still waiting on the part and it wouldn’t be in until around 1-2 but the car would be finished on Thursday. Im not upset that the first part was wrong and that it had to be ordered again, I’m upset at the lack of communication from Patrick. The car did get finished on Thursday and the noise came back Thursday night. I typically don’t do car repairs at the dealer because it is generally more expensive than an independent shop. However, I came to your dealership because I needed to make sure the job was done right and I was ok paying more to have it done correctly. I expected better quality work from the tech and more professionalism from the service writer.
