I thought everything went well. Until I was on my way to Vegas and the tire pressure light came on. I asked that they rotate my tires and check the pressure. I was immediately going to Vegas for work. On the road I had to stop and add pressure to my tires and re calibrate them. It was and expected inconvenience. A female on the road alone. But besides that my service was quick. I was out in an hour. This team of service professional have to pay attention to the details.

Mr.Ricardo Del Rosario is very helpful, kind, and very thorough on explaining what is going to happen with my vehicle maintenance keep me informed on progress of work and even took the time to check on me to see if i was ok and comfortable his service department is great and I would not take my car to any one but to dealer for service thank you for your kindness and service to help out customers

I really appreciated how Spreen scheduled my service at the last minute. Sorry I forgot the manager’s name … was very helpful. I will definitely go back to Spreen Honda for future services.
I was "forced" to pay $150 for a service that I should not have been charged for. You guys stated you would not "fix" the issue unless I paid. I purchased the vehicle less than one month ago, and allegedly the decoration I placed inside the vehicle caused a transmission failure, and the warranty did not cover it. I don't see myself going back to this location.
