She was great and kept in the loop with what my car was needing.
I dropped off my vehicle around 8:45am. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle around 11am. I did not receive any phone call. I had to call the service department multiple times in order to get my questions answered. My vehicle was not ready until 4:16pm. It took over 7 hours for my car to be ready. My whole day was wasted having to wait for my vehicle to be done. I should not have been told 11am and had to wait an additional 5 hours. It was ridiculous.

Everybody there at Spreen were so nice & took very good care of me. The $$ cost was a lot for me but I needed to get the parts and the work done. They even washed my car! Glad my car is fixed. Thank you Sebastian, Nannie, & the whole team @ Spreen.

Sebastian takes pride in his job and me and my family always feel that he does the best to care for our vehicles.
I feel like I was ripped off today. I have been going to Spreen for years for service and have bought cars there also.
