Melina was very helpful and this was the best customer service I have received since buying my accord. I believe the other person that helped me was named Daniel. He was also really helpful with the process of getting my windshield replaced.
Overall great customer service and a lot better than the Honda dealership where I got my car from.
Car and customer was great! Only thing was the delay on getting my car back.. there was a different number in my car then on the paperwork which caused a 30 minute delay in finding my car. Otherwise experience was wonderful.

The employee up charged me to a minor service when I specifically ask for only an oil change and tire rotation and they agruged with me about it and it was very embarrassing.

Brought my 2018 honda in on 2/15/19 for an oil change and tire pressure lightcheck.was told I had a nail in my tire and had to buy a new one. Paid $200 for a tire (ridiculous). After completed, left, came rigjt back because turn sugnal cam and rear view cam suddenly didnt work. Guy blamed crew pushing wrong butten. (2 visits 1 day). Fixed it and I left. Brought it back in today 2/24/19 for same pressure light. I spent $200 on a new tire that didnt fix anything. Please have management contact me asap ****-****-xxxx.
