Stoping by Spreen Honda was the best. While driving on the freeway I accidentally hit something on the rode. I had no Idea what I had hit so I stop by Spreen to see if maybe I had damage something under my vehicle..as soon as I pull in I was Greeted and help by Danny Nanhthadet. I explained to him what had happen and in no time he had my car look at service was FAST. In a matter on minutes Danny cake and spoke with me letting me know that my car was fine and no damage was done. I love how HONEST he was he could of lie and had me pay for something I didn’t need but instead he keep it short and honest. I can honestly say best experience at a dealership ever I highly recommended this dealership.... they are truly RELABLE...
I specifically asked that my car NOT be washed. Its never done properly. When my car came up, it had been washed; spots everywhere, and my tires no longer had their treatment. I had my car done the day before. I finally wiped most of the spots off and treated my tires when I got home. This is the 2nd time I have asked that my car not be washed when serviced. Why is that so hard to follow?

My car drives like its new thanks to the Honda Service Team. Jesse was very understanding and helped me understand what needed to be done with my car. He seemed very knowledgeable of the service needed and upfront about how much it would cost. The whole transaction went smoothly and I highly recommend the service team in general to everyone I know.

I dropped my vehicle for a recall repair and was told vehicle is ready for pick up. Before leaving i asked if both doors was repaired per recall, then at that point, person said let me check. Then the other guy came and said vehicle can’t be repaired because parts are back ordered. Really!! Why you didn’t tell me when i was dropping for repair. My few hours were waisted without any repairs get done. Now i have to bring vehicle again when parts are available.

I have received the best service in a very long time from your dealership. Danny was very helpful and he did an amazing job in getting my car serviced right away and back on the road. I’ll definitely be servicing my car here for now on.
The whole process was super fast. I was in and out in half an hour. Also, the service was friendly and helpful. Staff explained where to go after dropping my car off, what they were going to inspect during my appointment, they directed me where to sit, and when I received the text that my car was ready they told me where to go as well.
Johnny Torres also went over the inspection with me after my car was ready to pick up. Checking in with Johnny was fast! I was impressed.
