Jesse was very good in explaining all that my vehicle was worked on and answered all my questions.
There were a few things that I feel went wrong with this experience. It took a week longer than expected and I never received a call stating that it was going to take longer. When I picked up my car it was dirty. Dust all over the car like it’s been sitting around for a while. There is black sticky stuff all over the car and I found some of the same substance in the inside of the car. Then I noticed that my car was painted except for the bumper. I wish that someone could have notified me that the bumper would not be painted because now the paint is going to fade unevenly in the years to come which is still creating an ongoing issue with the paint job of the car. While my car was with Honda to be painted I also had some services done. Well I never received a call about the cost of the services. They only called me once the car was done and it was expected for me to pay for all the services although I was just having some tests done. They never called to make sure that I was ok with the costs before performing the services. I was disappointed and expect a call back to discuss this issue with a representative from Honda. I want my car painted completely.

I had one previous service at Spreen and it was AWFUL! I swore I’d never go back. However, I decided to give it one more shot and had a service done today. I have to say it was a totally different experience! It was great, quick, and easy. HUGE IMPROVEMENT! I will be back

I see I need to rebuff dried wax and clean bed to remove mud on walls. Automatic wash is fine for service courtesy (free) but this was a Detail job($$$$$)
