Disappointed with the price to replace my headrest for the back seat of my car. Over $800! I park my car in the garage year round still looks and smells like new. Leather has cracked on the headrest

Tony was great. I came in for an oil change and to have a strange sound evaluated. Older vehicle needed some extra love. He talk me through all the needed extras. I only wish if an expected repair cost jumps from a $69 service to over $1100 that any available coupons or discounts could automatically be applied. ( any jump in cost over $100 should trigger any coupons be applied) That kind of cost jump will put a person into shock.

Tire pressure light was on right after the service. I had to stop by another Honda service center. They said the pressure was too high. I did not like your service this time.

Jesse Mendoza Was Courteous and Helpful. 1. Oil change 2. Spark plugs and about adjustment 3. Add air tires. 4. Car alarm Needs adjustment! continues to not work satisfactory! It Goes off Every now and then! Customers invoice 124973 Date from 02/20/18 Total invoice Amount $220.15 SOUTHWEST DID THE SERVICE Jesse recommended I call them! I did.
