Jesse has amazing customer service skills. I was in and out but felt very respected and appreciated. I was impressed with his Spanish and felt welcome.
The cashier was also a delight she was very warm and kind. I left very happy with the whole experience.
I was led to expect a phone call when my vehicle was ready. I don’t check my email often and was surprised to find an email from Adam that my vehicle was done 48” ago. He said he tried to call me but did not succeed even though he verified the number. Strange
