Not only were the service representatives( Adam and Sebastian) rude but they also wanted to place the blame for a TPMS indicator light coming on, on myself and on the company that a bought a new tire from. They would not do an inspection for the issue and wanted to charge me $150 to calibrate the system even though my car is a 2017 civic hatchback which is still under warranty. I spoke to two additional dealerships in the area both of which said that this problem is covered under the warranty and would be no cost to me. I will also be contacting Honda corporate to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in working with Spreen Honda.

Sebastian did a great job in answering my questions about work that has previously been completed by Spreen. He recommended that I change my transmission fluids based on my mileage along with the oil change. He explained what was found in the inspection. Very thorough and polite.

It took three hours to get an oil change, rotate my tires, switch out the wiper inserts, and wash my car. It is normally only an hour wait. Also, I have asked the service department to look at my sliding door multiple times as it sticks. They always tell me nothing is wrong and put lubricant on the mechanism which ends up all over our clothes and shoes. This has happened 3 times. I asked again and told Jesse I didn’t want the lubricant applied. He said it would be $149 to diagnose the problem. That is way too much to pay when I’ve never been charged before and this is a repeated issue that has not been resolved the first three times.
