I was very disappointed and nervous that absolutely NO employee was wearing a mask during the time I was there for service. More so that each employee getting in my personal car did not have a mask on. I am pregnant in my second trimester and have a two year old at home who I transport exclusively in that car. The last thing I need is knowing we are STILL in a pandemic with variants that are hospitalizing people and worrying about being exposed to COVID. Regardless or any one person’s position on this issue, this business didn’t have its employees being cautious in order to protect and prioritize their customers. I understand people not wearing a mask on their own by choice (even though I don’t agree with it), but this is a business. There were also elderly people waiting in the business who are known to be at a higher risk. Given the fact that the CDC is now recommending everyone wear a mask… “disappointing” isn’t even the right word to describe how I felt and still feel. I was shocked. I am, a little frankly, angry. If not for the fact that my car desperately needed service and I couldn’t risk putting service off since I have to commute far for work, I would have left.
When I got home I I immediately told my family and neighbors and they had the same reaction as me.
Hopefully this business errs on the side of caution in the very very near future given that they have people like me, or worse, at risk coming in and giving them their business. I’ll be reconsidering coming here for the remainder of the pandemic—however long that is.

I was told that A15 is oil change, tire rotation and coolant exchange.
That is not true, A15 is only oil changed. So I was mislead into additional expenses though minimal and I didn't like it.
He coukd have said we also recommend...

I am not completely satisfied with the service. First, I wasn't informed that the parts ordered have arrived, as I was told. I had to call and spend time to find out if the parts are in. Second, the job was done in a timely manner but some details were overlook, for example: the plastic cover on the left side of the trunk interior was missing a plastic retainer. Overall, i cannot rate the service with more than a B.

Was told I would get a call at 10 a.m and never got it then I called multiple times to be told they would have someone call me back with a status on my car and still nothing i drove over there around 3 p.m i was told my car was done at 12 p.m no one was sure why I hadn’t got a call to update me that my car was done

Josh was so amazing I was so scared when I got there that something major was wrong with my car he was so calm & patient with me his customer service is a 10+ I had never been there before but with the customer service I received I will be back for sure. They were so fast to have me back on the road again great job Spreen Honda I am one happy girl ! Thank you all so much .
