Service department at Spreen Honda was very helpful very respectful.
The ac was still not working when I went to pick up my car. I paid almost 2k for it to get fixed. I ended up leaving the car to have the service department figure out why its still not working. Its been another day and I didn't even recieve a call today. Worst service I've ever experienced at a dealership.
I waited at least 15 min. For service. I called ahead and was told if I came before 4:30 I could get my a/c serviced AND my oil changed. The first guy I dealt with was off-hand and flip. I was sent back to sit in my car and luckily the 2nd guy was polite. However, I still have to return my car to get my a/c serviced. Irritating.
He is Awesome service manager personality and the way take care of his customers

Danny is a great friendly customer service. He made sure what I needed to be done in my car is being done. I been coming to Spreen Honda at Loma Linda everytime I get my car service. It never disappoint me from getting my car service here. Always glad to work with Danny.
I would say, I appreciate you having enough staff working because it was very busy. I was out within and hour.
The service was quick and easy. They pinpointed a problem as a weak battery. I will return for more services to Spreen Honda!
