Since this was an exceptionally long maintenance check, it would have been nice to have received an update regarding the status without having to come to the service desk and ask. I was told the car would be ready at 1:00pm but it was closer to 2:00pm before it was done. I understand that the time frame is an estimate but once it goes past the previously stated ready time it would be nice to know sooner that it could be another hour.

Rachelle is always woderful. I noticed and looked around that she is the only that would actually spend time with you to go through all of your paperwork and in detail explanation what service has been done. She always is friendly and takes care of her customers. I can feel the vibe that she actually EVEN ENJOYS HELPING HER GUESTS OUT. THATS WHAT MAKES HER STAND OUT. I WOULDNT EVER WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER PERSON THAN HER. THANK YOU. BECAUSE OF HER I KEEP COMING BACK. SHE PERSUADES HER GUESTS SO EASILY BY HER HELPFULNESS! KEEP IT UP RACHELLE!
