Service was great! However I was disappointed to find that the oil change coupon I received from Spreen did not apply to my car. Why mail it to me if I can't use it?

Polite, attentive, and timely. It was my first time and he made me feel like I had been coming there for years! I had left the premises to grab a bite and did not alert him to my return and instead of calling first he quietly came and found me in the waiting room. Top notch!

The customer service I received at this appt was absolutely the worst service I’ve received anywhere. I was told that transportation would be provided and so I relied on it. When I dropped my car off i was told the driver was in Colton but would be back shortly. 30-40 minutes later I inquired about the driver who apparently had not returned. Someone else was found to take me back to work (just over a mile away). Soon after I returned to work I received a text that my car was done (it would have been helpful if someone had checked on the status of my car prior to my leaving). I texted back asking about the service hours but never got a response. I called a bit later but it was sent to voicemail. I left a message but again never received a response. I called later and was told a driver would call me regarding pick-up. I did not get a call so called again and was told the same thing. Again, I did not hear from a driver. When I called YET AGAIN it was after 6pm and I was told the driver was gone. I explained my situation and they sent a guy that usually washes the cars to finally pick me up. Would you agree that that was terrible service?? When I arrived I was told I would not be charged for the service, which was a nice gesture; however, it did not come close to repaying all the angst of the afternoon. I am trying to decide if I ever want to do business with you again. I purchased my vehicle there and have had ALL of the service done there up to this point. Would you return if you were in my shoes? I bought an extended warranty and I want to know if I can have the service done elsewhere. I only brought it in for an oil change this last time (which included a tire rotation). My car has not handled well since the tire rotation. It feels very much out of balance. I doubt it was driven after the tires were rotated or I’d have surely been told the tires needed balancing. It’s also making a “crunchy” sound upon braking. How can I get these things checked to see if they are covered by my warranty? Please reply and advise.
