Everytime I need to get my car serviced everybody it's friendly great customer service and also and Jesse always has a smile on her face no matter how early or how late
Ricardo gave me excellent service. He answered my questions & explained the costs of the service well.
I do wish that the owners of this dealership would lower the costs of servicing a vehicle. The costs are exorbinate for most people. In order to maintain your clientele, the owners should give returning customers a discount,otherwise they will go elsewhere.
Really quick service today. Done is 45 minutes - appears that everything was checked and serviced.

I drive 70-miles to have my vehicle serviced at SPREEN.The customer service is that good.
I am very unhappy because I originally went in for ac service and the Customer service representative said my total was going to be $395.00. I am upset because I couldn’t afford this service and the customer service person failed to check if I had warranty or not, which I did have warranty. Now I have to reschedule another appointment to get my ac repaired under my warranty. Waste of my time. Very poor customer service. It should be protocol for you guys to check if it’s covered under warranty before you try to charge people ridiculous Amonunts of money. Very inconvenient that I have to go back.

I was told my service was going to take an hour or less but it actually took an hour and a half. I didn’t like that.
