His service is very satisfactory
In my service is free air filter but it say still have life like 30% you change next time than I ask you charge next time air filters than it says yes that is not good because 30% filter works in one month and he said no need yet
The entire team was friendly, helpful and attentive to my car’s recall repair. They also did not push extra services, which is a huge dread when a woman walks into an auto center.
No one tried to take advantage nor talked down to me as a female customer.
I really appreciated this service and attention to detail.

Melina is so great at what she does and always so courteous even when she would probably like to scream at me when I don't understand. Hire more like her. The service dept listens to her also. I would come to Spreen if ever I needed a new car.

Someone posted a comment the day after I was in for service about how the customer service has gone downhill at Spreen. I have to agree.
When I first arrived Tuesday morning, 4-5 staff walked by my car and didn't even say hello - much less check to see if they could help me.
When I walked inside two men were on phones. When the one got off the phone I caught him before he made his next call to tell him I was there for maintenance and recall service - he said I would be helped in a minute and made his next call. He didn't call to anyone to let them know I was there. I waited another 5-7 minutes before Melina returned.
Wait time was difficult - people talking loudly on their cell phones in the waiting area. (Need to post sign to take calls outside)
One serviceman came to talk with a customer and told her that her a/c needed more 'gas'. I was sitting next to her (we had been talking) and when he returned to talk to her - I asked him about the 'gas' for the ac. He admitted it was coolant, but added it was a gas. Really? Either way it was confusing to the customer.
Not much communication about what was done with my car after it was completed - esp about the recall.
I hope spreen can improve their service. One man said he was ready to buy a Toyota because he was so disappointed with the customer service at spreen. He might have a good idea. Spreen needs to hire friendly and helpful people!
Spreen Honda customer service is always excellent far above any other place.
Sebastian is always very courteous and professional. I didn’t have an appointment and he did his best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I always cross my fingers that he will be my service advisor when I come in.
The service members are always so helpful and always very pleasant!
