It’s wonderful when you receive customer service above and beyond what you were expecting and today I can honestly say I did Danny was awesome thank you very much for all you’ve done for me today and I’ll wait for that Honda pilot upgrade when my son is ready to pay for it LOL

I arrived shortly after 8am and was taking in my pilot for an oil change. My vehicle was suppose to be ready at 915 am and when I had checked on the status at around 930 they appeared to not know where my vehicle was at. I did not receive my vehicle until shortly before 11 am. I've never had any other issues with spreen before so I dont see this effecting me going back. I just hope this will be used for training purposes
He was efficient and friendly. My only Honda complaint is the number of e-mails and phone calls to see if I was a satisfied customer. Kind of knocks the pleasure level off.
As always at spreen my experience was good.

Car sat in the bay completed for approx 30 minutes. No regard for my time, very displeased.
The steering wheel adjustment & the seat height were changed during my service. It would be best to not change those things without asking me ( & other customers) if that if ok. Those adjustments are sensitive to driver comfort & are not easily changed back to the correct position. I have never had them changed with any past service.
The staff was great to work with, service was prompt & all my wuestions were answered. Overall I am extremely satisfied!!

Very helpful and accomodating
Service rep lied and stated my tires were wearing uneven. I literally just installed the tires the night before going get my car serviced. Service rep lied again and refused to honor website coupon for alignment. Service rep lied and refused to honor website coupon for transmission fluid exchange starting that it would cost over $800. Service rep refused to honor extended warranty for items that have been repeatedly brought to the attention of reach service rep since 5k miles. I will be selling legal council over this.

WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YOU VERY EFFICIENT STAFF AND
ESPECIALLY RIC WHO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE CERTAIN I WAS
FULLY INFORMED REGARDING THE PROCESS. HE EVEN GAVE ME ADDITIONAL INFO TO MAKE THE PROCESS EASIER.
I WAS SO LUCKY TO HAVE SPREEN ON MY SIDE FOR THIS SERVICE.
