I paid 375.00 for my car oil change etc and got to my car to leave and my FOB showed on my car that battery was low so the person driving it out had to have seen it but no one bothered to change the battery. I have Honda Care what does that mean?

Johnny really helped me today with my car issues. He was super friendly,helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and helped me obtain a ride to take me to work. I was having a bad morning and he helped turn it around. Thanks Johnny!

Been Subaru person since '90's. Had had some very disappointing experiences with local dealership. Was Leary of beginning with Honda. I would say had a stellar experience with Rachelle today. She has restored my faith in new Honda.

Ric was not very friendly and got defensive when I asked him simple questions. Also I waited for 2 hours for an oil change and would have waited longer except I went up to the counter to inquire about how much longer it would be and Ric again got defensive and said,"Oh I have your ticket here but I was trying to close out other tickets first" then he took it out from about a third of the way down his pile. I have no idea how long my ticket was in his pile but it would have been nice to help the customers who are waiting before those tickets of people who had dropped their cars off and were not in the waiting area.

Was pushed to come in for a recall. Told it would take 45 mins with appointment. Upon getting there, was told it was 2 hours.

The only thing I didn't like was the wash, My car was not washed or dried properly. I'm satisfied with the service done on my car as well as with the great customer service there.
