The service provided by Jesse was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable about the services I needed done and directed me to the correct department for other needs. Jesse went above and beyond to make sure it was a comfortable experience. Definitely didnt get the "just another customer" feeling. He truly makes you feel as though he is there to help just you.

I went in as a walk in for a routine oil change. Anthony was very friendly. I find that many times, when people work in such a fast paced environment, that an employee tends to forget to make eye contact and can tend to talk at you rather then to you. Anthony did not. His customer service was great. He explained I needed a tire rotation. He was thorough in his explanation. My car was done nearly to the minute of the quoted timeframe. That was appreciated. Great job Anthony.

Yes unexpectedly battery went dead Sebastian checked it replaced it and had me on the way within an hour
I own an electric car. My battery was replaced. However when I picked up the car the battery was not fully charged. The car had a 10-mile range. That was extremely poor service.
