Ricardo del Rosario was a very funny, welcoming and polite man. He made me feel comfortable and secure about my care staying there for a oil change and breaks ! For being my second time going to Spring Honda I am very pleased of their customer service. Thank you Ric!!!!

Work was not complete due to the need to order the part. But Rochelle was extremely professional & courteous, even when I was not so. She explained everything & kept me updated. She was also helpful in getting a future appointment to fix the AC & also van ride.

My husband left his phone in the car. We thought he lost it. The gentleman who serviced my car was very honest. He saw it and stuck it under the seat so nobody would steal it. Now a day you just can't find honest people anymore. I just wanted to say thank you all so much for the excellent service and employing honest people.

Your service dept was curteous, helpful, efficient, and the atmosphere in the waiting room was clean, nicely decorated with comfortable couches and even had donuts and coffee while you waited.
