Van was in for oil change and troubleshooting on right side sliding door. It was binding, difficult to open and close. Diagnosis was center roller and track worn. After arriving back home, found plastic threshold cover/ step laying on the floor behind front passenger seat. I was able to reinstall it. For some people this would have meant a return trip to Spreen to have it reinstalled. This could raise concern as to the quality of workmanship at Spreen. Not trying to get anyone in trouble here. Just concerned that an item this size was not reinstalled.

Did not take care of problem. Not honoring warranty. Suggesting trying a fix that may or may not correct the problem and expecting $3000.00. Service department indicates possible wire damage and stating possible rodents. This is ridiculous. I certainly hope that your dealership will reconsider. I have never had rodent issues before, suddenly when the warranty repair is not inexpensive, you find something else to blame. I'll be contacting John Awabdy and The Honda Corporation.

Melina was so helpful..... I had been given conflicting /confusing info on phone from parts Dept. and service Dept. When I had made an appt.online and then had questions . the minute I drove up she listened was professional and I knew I was with the right person. We’ve been customers of Spreen for a long time..... I left very reassured and happy. My driver of Curtiss van at 10:00 am was a female. I think name her name was ..Nommie? She was so sweet and helpful too.
