Jesse was very helpful and took care of me quick. The workers also took care of my car sooner then the time they told me they would be done with my car. I would definitely go back to Jesse and Spreen Honda to get my car serviced again.

I'm at your service dept having my recalled air bag part replaced. I'm told Your dept broke my wiper as it went through the car wash. You offer to fix the broken wiper, at no cost to me. I understand things happen. I'm told I have to wait for the part to arrive. I make an appointment that I reschedule twice, because, lately, I've been extremely busy. I make an appt for 9/27/19. Tonight, on 9/26/19, I just listened to my V.M., informing me that you have been waiting for me to reschedule my missed appt. Now, I will have to call and make an appt, after hearing of upcoming showers. I'm very disappointed with your incompetence. Plus, one (just one) of your ladies answering your service dept is very rude. I wish I remembered her name. I wasn't even offered a discount, or no charge, for the wiper change I had requested, when I 1st brought in the car. The one uplifting element, in all this, was being treated kindly and respectfully by Jessie.

Rachelle was pleasant and reassuring. She quoted me a time and my car was ready on time. I lost my fob and called in to see if they could help me. I spoke with Allen who confirmed there was a fob for my car in stock and gave me break down of my costs. Much more helpful than a competitor. Disappointed with the lack of service I received when I arrived. Waited for about 10 min before I stopped someone to ask for help. I was told someone would help me and waited over 20 min before I was even helped in service line.
