Fair honest attentive service
Our car had to be kept 3 days longer than we were told. The only time we received any update on its progress was when we called to ask. We were told there would be a rental car of larger size available later in the day, and that was never followed up on. We asked for our car to at least be washed when we picked it up, but it was a very poor job.
Spreen Honda has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In the 13 years I’ve owned my CRV I’ve been impressed every time I’ve needed to bring my car in.
I made an appointment to change the oil and fix a recall at 3:15, I went earlier because I had to pick up my granddaughter around 3:30-4:00 so, I arrived at 2:35 pm, checked in, I already had said that I was going to wait for the vehicle.
The person that took my order, first told me, that I didn’t have an appointment, I showed him my printed confirmation, so he went ahead and made the service order, I told him I was going to wait, he made the print out and took the car to be serviced. Time passed by, I kept checking and my car was still up, nobody was doing nothing. I asked and they said it was almost done, I got my car at almost 5:00 pm. The receipt said that the car was going to be ready by 7:00pm.
That’s why they didn’t care.
I’m very unsatisfied, and that’s why I’m thinking of not coming back for service or to buy another car. Thanks.

I asked for you to takecare of the tire pressure along with the oil change and tire rotation but when I got my car back the tire pressure light came back on that same night. Was it really coincidence since This is not the first time ! Did you really take care of it ?
