My estimate wait time was 1210pm I did not leave until 145pm. Wait time was not accurate. The rep did not inform me it was going to take longer. I had to go ask how much longer. The rep said 20 min. That was not the case. Check in time was 1046am , checked out 145pm.

Appreciate the coupon and complimentary car wash. Melina was very nice and polite.
My car was very dirty inside and out. It was at the dealer for 1 week and I spent a lot of money on my repairs, I’d think at least since it was there for a week they would run it through the car wash. I just had it washed the day I brought it to the dealer and I got it back filthy. Other than that, Melina was very kind and kept me aware of everything. The eta on when my car would be ready was accurate and I appreciate that. I just wish my car was as clean as it was when I have it to spreen Honda.
