I had a free oil change and tire rotation coupon which I received when I purchased my car at Spreen Honda and the sale manager john awabdy did not honor it. First he signed one voucher but I had two. When I told him I would not buy another car from Spreen Honda, he said then I won’t honor any of the vouchers and he called the service department to dishonor his own signature on the voucher. So I ended up paying out of pocket. One of his explanation was that they don’t have contract with the company that issued the voucher but the funny thing is that the voucher was issued by Spreen Honda and no other company. I will complain about this to BBB and Honda corporate. This is dishonesty.

Service technicians should know how to do work properly, aside from major service done on my vehicle tires were rotated, never check air pressure and i had to return to dealership for warning light on, after getting on traffic i was not happy to do so and had to wait again until problem taken care, i did not waited long still had to wait.
