Josh was thorough and professional. Completely honest about how busy the service department was and somehow was able to deliver my vehicle about an hour before the time originally promised.
Mathew took the time to explain, and provide a printed list of, the needed services my accord will need to keep me going for another 150,000 miles. I look forward to coming back to Spreen Honda soon.

I was emailed a coupon for service along with my vin number. Upon arriving I was told that the coupon is not valid for my car and would need to pay extra. Due to this I’m not going to do the other service that I have to do like changing my brake pads and will be doing it outside.

My tire pressure light came on later in the day. The tire pressure light says low tire pressure. According to the sheet the tire pressure was checked.

Engine cleaning was substandard. I did not inspect until after I returned home. Would be nice to show Customer “before” they leave the Dealership.
Visible surface grime remaining on engine. Looking down into the engine compartment I could see even greater dirt that was not cleaned. Under the red plastic battery cable cover was a large mound of oxidized flakes that spilled out. I purchased a new battery for almost $200. This should have been very clean.
Jay in Parts was Excellent with Customer Service.
He was friendly and professional. He has a very confo attitude about himself which is good. He explained what was going on with the car &what was done when it was finisy. Answered all questions in a very professional way.
The employees were super friendly and helpful and my car got serviced above and beyond.
