Communication and service exceeded expectations
He was not very friendly, was trying to discourage me, He told me the appointment I made did not really count that I should have called in and made appointment instead and that it’s a first come first serve and that my car would be done by 3:00 pm I told him I have no choice but to leave it for service and that I would wait. I took the day off work I work Monday to Saturday. This was the worst Dealer I have ever bin to. My car was done at 11:00 am I left my car there at 9:20 am I waited in the waiting area Joshua Kramer kept coming out to talk to other customers about there vehicle. He saw me waiting and never came to talk to me until 3:00 pm he came and told me he called me earlier on my cell and I didn’t pick up and that he paged me on the dealer intercom. I never got the phone call and he never paged me. He new I was there waiting but he never told me anything. This was the worst experience I ever got in my life. I left right away with out checking my car I was very upset. When I got home My passenger door on the driver side did not get fixed I told him about it and he said they would look at it. This vehicle still has factory warranty I only have 5000 miles on it, my vehicle did not get washed and they left a scratch on my driver side front bumper. I will never go back to this Dealer for Service
I went to this Dealer because I bought my vehicle there and because I was offered my first oil change for free. Next service I will go to another dealer.
I keep getting coupons from SPREEN Honda. I rather go and pay full price somewhere else where they will treat me with respect and offer me a better customer service, I am still upset! I have never given someone a bad review. This is the first time. You guys really need to step it up in the Service Department. I Have Managed 100 employees and 350 accounts and I have always treated my employees and customers with respect and took care of them right away, There’s no excuse!
It looks like the service was done greatly but when I picked up my vehicle, the trash from the job they did on my vehicle was in my car. Other than that everything was fine

This is like the 3rd time that when I get my car back from service my things that I have in my center console are out of place like someone was looking for something, they also remove the steering wheel cover thrown in the back seat why do they even take it off in the first place, they also leave fingerprint marks on the door handle, radio, and steering wheel…very horrible service I swear
I was already parked infront of the glass window where the service advisor could see my car no one was behind my car and infront. I was setting in my car waiting for service advisor. After more than 20 minutes waiting inside my car I went out of my car and went inside after seeing me inside, Rachelle told me come on I will help you. Before, I was informed that we should just stay inside the car and someone will assist us for our service but nobody approach me inside the car.They were not busy when I went inside. I hope this matter should be addressed to every service advisor. We bought our 2 honda cars in Spreen Honda longtime ago. We will appreciate so much for your prompt action on this matter. Hoping for your understanding.
