Melina is the epitome of service excellence. She was kind, communicative, informed, decisive, and understanding. She is one of the reasons that I continue to return to Spreen Honda even though I no longer live in Redlands. I make the drive from Huntington Beach (100+ miles round-trip) because I can rely on and trust the team at Spreen Honda to take care of me and my car. I have taken my '17 Accord Hybrid to other (closer) Honda's and they do not have the same service and care that the Spreen Honda team has. I've been spoiled by the amazing team at Spreen Honda!
