Thank you for having the place clean,; coffee and pastries for us. Bathrooms clean ; comfortable chairs and TV, and air conditioner .it says a lot about how you treat customers. Adam did it again with great customer service & kept me informed of the maintenance & time of my car. Thank you

It was a very nice experience. I will recommend you to others. Please, please train your valet what customer service looks and sounds like. If I received service like that again from the valet it would be a deal breaker. Everyone else was great.

I waited over 2 and a half hours. Had to pay for my tire even though I paid for the tire protection program when I got the car. I have been there about 4 different times and gotten my tires covered by the tire protection program and suddenly today it was not in the system. The gentleman that was helping spoke to the guy in finance who told him that I did but the plan. Yet they couldn’t do it because I had to bring my paperwork myself. This was so frustrating and I ended up paying over $150 out of my pocket.

Spreen Honda service advisor Melina, was informative about how long it was going to take to get the car service. She arranged transportation to our house and called when car was done. We were going to wait, but it was longer than we wanted to. Glad she suggested it. Thanks Kazuko R
