I love Spreen Honda. Always great service. I would like diet coke in the vending machine and it's not a big deal but whoever is training the people that receive the vehicle/write up the initial intake of the car, should give them a clipboard or something. They probably shouldn't use the car hood to write on. Minor details

Rachelle was great. Very thorough & quick. Obviously knew what she was doing. And I noticed the other staff members seemed to look at her as a leader, looking to her for guidance. If she's not a supervisor, she should receive consideration. I know if I was still working, I'd steal her right out from under you.
