She tried to upsell me on everything since the beginning of the conversation. She didn’t know that I was just in to get my AC fixed until I asked her to look it up in the system. It felt like I was just a number to her rather than a valued customer

Received wrong part. I dropped off the car and my dad picked it up. They programmed the wrong type of key, though. Honda refused to help my dad. I’ll visit Honda tomorrow in person to get my money back.
I was told over the phone it would take 3 days but Jesse assured me the recall would be done that same day. He was right. Super nice guy. I even brought my car in accidentally with more than 3/4 tank instead of the required 1/4 & he said they'll do their best not to make my smell like fuel. He was true to his word. No fuel smell at all.

I made an appointment on line to have my srs recall repair done AND to have my check engine light problem checked for the error code P0740 checked. I made the appointment for Sunday at noon only to be told when I arrived they couldn’t do it on a Sunday. That was a waste of my time. I had to leave the vehicle until
Monday. I was told it would cost me a $150 for them to diagnose the car and check the vehicle over completely for any other problems. I got called Monday morning and basically told what I already knew and that they could replace the transmission for $4700. I have owned this vehicle 2 months and put less then 2500 miles on it . I paid $5000 for this car that was supposedly in perfect condition and had 86000 miles on it. When I picked the car up there was no detail to what they did other then an initial diagnosis of the code which I already had from auto zone. There was no record that the vehicle was checked over for any other problems or issues. I don’t understand what I paid $150 for. I know nothing more now then what I knew before I took it in. I don’t think they checked anything else on my car. I am very disappointed in this experience other then the srs light is now off. I thought they would check all the major systems such as breaks fluid levels tires etc. and recommended maintenance items that would be coming up. There was nothing and no record of how much time was spent on this but I paid out $150. I’m trying to figure out exactly what I paid for. The people are very nice and professional but I didn’t feel very helped or that I got any value out of paying out $150. Sorry. Thank you.
