She received a new car that had a scratch, a dent, and it was dirty. We've had to return to the dealer about 5 times! If we needed an appt. to fix each item, we should have been told since the beginning. This experience has my mom very stressed. If Spreen Honda can make up this bad experience, we would like to hear back.

I paid $20,00 for a car wash and I’m not satisfied with the job. The vacuuming wasn’t thoroughly done. I’m going to have to go over the area. And they didn’t wipe anything in the interior of the car. I’ll never pay 20.00 to get a wash @ Spreen Honda again.
Just think an hour for walk in oil change is little too long of a wait on a wed morning. Everything is else was great but seriously can't imagine waiting this long for oil change (no wash) when I can get it done in 15 min at most other car service places.
Sebastian did a fantastic job of personal service, he checked me in , had my loaner car waiting for me and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. The next day, my car was finished 2 hours earlier than expected. Again, I picked up I was taken care immediately by Sebastian and I was back out within 15 minutes. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!

Car taken in Sat for tire leak. Service dept couldn't locate leak. My son located the leak. Made appt for Mon. to replace tire. Only drove 18k on tire. Was only given $40 (prorated) under warranty! Not happy about it!

I am very grateful for my service rep trying to make the situation better, but instead was insulted. I have never been talked down to the way I was. I have always taken care of my vehicle and done whatever my service rep advised me to do on my vehicle. The issue with my vehicle was not resolved and I was so frustrated at how I was talked to I just left. I would never talk to someone the way I was talked to. I won’t be returning to Honda Spreen or buying a vehicle from this dealership again because of this.
