Not sure why often times they did not dry the car after they wash the car. Just curious because it already happened more than 3 times. Regardless I stil appreciate the complementary car wash. Everything else is excellent!

I went to Soeen Honda for and oil change & team service. I also had a noise coming from the rear if my vehicle (2012 CR-V) the vehicle was looked at and found that a left trar wheel bearing was the noise problem. I agreed to have it replaced. Ther were a couple of other recommended items to be serviced but I declined and Jessie was not pushy abput get them done. I do fill that 56000 miles is not very many miles for a wheel bearing to go out and have a $570 repair bill but that is not a dealer issue more of a manufacture issue.
