Truly appreciate the level of attention and service I received from Danny and entire service team!

Brought my car in for its first oil change. Shortly after leaving, i noticed it was sputtering and smelled heavily like gas. I notified my service advisor, Jesse, that I would be bringing the car in today to be re-checked because I had never had any issues with my fairly new car and there was clearly something wrong. Upon my arrival, i immediately went to the bathroom to throw up because the heavy smell while driving around had gotten me sick. Jesse immediately noticed the smell and took it back to the shop. Jesse told me something wasn’t fully closed when doing the oil change and they needed to close the cap and clean the engine. I had an appointment in riverside and had to get a ride to get there since my car was back in the shop. I left my car and came back 2 hours later. I told Jesse that I should be afforded a free oil change due to not only me bringing it back due to the service departments error, me getting sick due to this error and me having to catch a ride to riverside. He stated the car was cleaned (which happens anyway when serviced), the engine had been detailed (due to their error) and gas was put in my car. This is unacceptable, especially when viewing the totality of what occurred. It’s very disappointing to feel like my concerns were dismissed.
