Rick was wonderful but I bought a pre-certified Vehicles paid extra for it and didn't get what I paid for there's no reason I should have to pay for brake fluid change and transmission fluid change it should have been taken care of when I bought the car. We actually went back and bought a second card because we thought you were a reliable company and now we are definitely second thinking it
