Took car in for B1 got A1 light says need engine oil and other maintenance on my car, cover plate to be replaced got same one that came loose back on missing bolts called to let rep know.
Thank you for the oil change, all done professionally and on a timely manner. Adam was professional yet personable, he could be the handy Honda helper, like on the commercials!

I’m appalled that you’re not offering nurses a free oil change. Most of my nurse friends drive Honda’s. In this time where we are working hours with no gurantee of living without COVID-19. I’m disappointed to spend half of my morning, after a long shift, with no appreciation. My next car will be a Ford. Unless someone reads this and changes my mind. I put my life out there for others. But Spreen Honda charged me $64 for an oil change, so I can get to my patients.????????

Took my car yesterday to get fixed due to my ac blowing out hot air. My car is a 2019 Honda Civic Ex I barely have a year with my car. Yesterday they called me back once they got the diagnostic and informed me that a rock hit the condenser and now I have a leak. They stated it was an outside influence so I would have to pay. I mentioned to them that the rock going in there was not my fault due to the fact that’s the way the car is made. It has several openings where the condenser is which it’s hard to avoid. I wish they would’ve been more understanding and able to work with me since My car is brand new and no physically damage was done.
I'm glad the service center is still open during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I am an essential personnel and use my vehicle everyday to commute to work. For safery and preservation of my factory warranty, getting my scheduled maintenancw done is important.
