Jesse was personable when I spoke to him during the check-in process. I was hoping to have the car complete by the 2-hour estimation given but was happy that the warranty covered the cost of the AC maintenance/tune up.

There was a short in the steering column air bag which had to be replaced at my expense (I have an extended warranty) to which I had to pay a $100. deductible. Shouldn't that have been under recall?
