I was quoted one price over the phone when I made my appointment and asked to pay more than double for the same service when I arrived. The only way to address my frustration is to honor the original amount ($190ish vs $500ish) quoted. I was not completely satisfied with the service provided.

Jesse was a pro. Not only did he rely on the systems text messaging, he went above and beyond by calling me and letting me know that the dealership is done servicing my car. The last time I was there, October 2019, the service manager relied on the text messaging system. The reason that I had to wait almost 2 hours for a shuttle service after the servicing was done. I’m glad that this has been sorted out.

Ricardo Del Rosario was pleasant and helpful services. He ask questions what I should do to have my car in a good running and keep up wth the maintenance for a long life of my car. He also give some suggestion that was very help to improved your car running by getting oil change and check engine often especially when drive a long distance. I'm very happy with the service.
