It took longer than I was told to get an oil change and clear a tube on the windshield washer. Took two plus hours was told would be 1 hour 20 minutes.

I came in because my wheel lock was missing from my last service. Anthony was able to replace my wheel lock and get me to my appointment for replacement tires in 5 minutes. He was very courteous and made my day.
