I had some service done yesterday. When I picked up my car I noticed scratches on my right front bumper that was not there when I dropped it off. I’m very upset this happened when my car was at the service Dept. They took pictures & the manager was notified by phone he was not there at this time. Today I’m still waiting to talk to a manager which I was told he will be there on Monday.
Getting in and out and getting my service completed was great! However, upon leaving the dealership, I noticed multiple wet streaks all over my windows as a result of the car wash. I appreciate the wash, but if you're going to watch it, please be thorough with the whole process.
