Had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, recall item. Was able to get oil & tires done. Made follow up appointment for recall and transmission/brake fluid. Johnny was very helpful.
I always trust Honda for all of my vehicle services staff is professional and courteous. And I appreciate the welcoming and the prompt service
The A1 service included car wash. But after 90 minutes of waiting we got our car back without the wash. This puts in doubt the quality of their services in general.

Sebastian takes very good care of his customers. The times I’ve needed service done on my car I walk in feeling a bit stressed, but walk out feeling completely satisfied. He is awesome at what he does! Five stars for Sebastian and Spreen Honda.

Although I had an appointment for my oil change apparently the computer system scheduled me for a time slot after their normal hours of operation. I was 30 minutes after their normal hours of operation but Sebastian still was able to get my car serviced & washed. I’m extremely grateful for whatever magic he worked to get the service department to still work me in.
The person at the desk who helped me had zero customer service skills. I was not happy with her assistance.

Sent one response concerning total lack of sanitizing after service. Want to add that I was in for oil change and advised tech up front that I’d air and cabin filter were dirty, let me know as may be due for replacement. She advised she’d notify me if they did need to be replaced. Well I was advised vehicle all ready to go and she indicated filters could be replaced at next oil change. Well with as little as I drive right now that will be December. Got home and see those two items are in red indicating need replaced immediately. Husband ckd the air filter (not sure where cabin filter is) and it was absolutely filthy. He went and got one and replaced. Have no idea why this wasn’t done on day I was there. Usually you guys try to sell me everything under the sun. I only come here for service due to free oil changes under warranty. And this is why I go elsewhere when other work is needed. Melina was very friendly and professional but not happy with lack of sanitizing car after service (not her error) and lack of parts being replaced that should have been.
