Tony Ayala seems to be the type of person that feels accountable for the service provided the customer. He saw me walking completely around my car, after I received the report from him. He came outside and asked if there was any problems. He inspected the tire wear with me, and compared the visual inspection to the reported findings. We agreed that should get a couple of new tires on my next visit. Tony is also the person who fixed my frequent problems that I was experiencing with tire pressure monitoring system.

I love to get my car serviced here it’s always nice to be greeted by all the Honda employees ! Everyone is always so pleasant and do such an amazing job. Thank you Rachelle for being great ! I went in for an oil change and was unaware that I was due for maintenance. It was late afternoon and didn’t have time to have it done. My paperwork says “customer refused recommended maintenance” when it was a refusal...more of a “ delay. It should say “customer delayed or postponed maintenance” Also it said oil change comes with a basic car wash. We didn’t get that either. Seems small and irrelevant but in customer service all that matters.
