Service Advisor Adam **** was friendly and mostly responsive in getting back to me. However, I was dismayed that there wasn't more effort to help with securing a loaner car, especially since there were two days lost due to no back-up support for his day off and reordering a replacement part for a defective one that was sent by Honda. As a customer service goodwill gesture, it seems that there should be more mindfulness and proactive actions; not offered last minute, etc.
Later on, I asked for a car wash at least, but he simply offered an exterior wash that looked hastily completed. I didn't realize that you had auto spa options. If I knew, I would have clarified my ask - just a basic wash, with brief vacuuming, that's given at a normal car wash business. It would have been proactive to ask about a basic full wash minus the spa options. I didn't think it was asking for much.
Overall service was good enough, but also lacking enough that I wouldn't choose to go back. Thanks for your consideration of my review.

After I left the dealership and arrived at my home, I found a receipt-like piece of paper, rolled on my dashboard at the window that said a battery replacement was highly recommended. At no time was I told that I needed a new battery. I would have absolutely purchased one if I had known bc I am leaving on a 1000 mile trip tomorrow. I am now going to have to worry about it the whole trip.

Our car broke down in the middle of the hot afternoon after we took it to get the starter replaced and later found out someone didn’t plug in an electrical component. We pay a lot for good work to be done on an old car. It’s very disappointing because we could’ve gone somewhere cheaper.
