I just moved into the area and Spreen is right down the street so I thought I’d give them a try. Very professional, friendly, and fast! Great service from start to finish and they washed my car! I’ll definitely be back for all my service needs.

They lie constantly. Third time now that Ive been lied to. They promised courtesy wash after brake fluid service is done. I asked the advisor if they did it he said "yes we are professionals" but I could see it from a far that its still dirty. Even the hand print I left before was still there. Now Im having trouble believing if they really did the brake fluid change.

They said they were going to set all of my tire pressures to factory settings and when I got in my car my tire light was still on and I had to go put air in my own tires

I didn't like the doubled price for a simple oil change in the last 6 mos!!! Ii also did not appreciate the service nor who wasn't honest about my initial service needed! He told ****-****-xxxx something needed to be done when I had did it only 6 most ago. He didn't bother looking at my service record for the last 6 mos!!!! Also, it took 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation even though I has apot and showroom was pretty much empty!!! I gave such a high mark the last time I was there in the show Room was full! I'm not sure I'm going to be back again for future service! I gave you a glowing remark just 6 months ago!

We had our car serviced 2 weeks ago, a notification/warning night turned on this morning. Owners manual stated with this type of warning take vehicle to dealership. We were charged 150$ to be told “not sure why light turned on”. And light was turned off. I feel given the recent servicing, 150$ is a steep cost to be told “not sure why”. Would have appreciated a discounted fee to be told useless information.
As I was pulling in to drop my car off, my gas light went on telling me that I had 30 miles to empty. I knew it was low, but figured I could get gas after I picked it up. When I picked up my car after the service was done, I had 0 miles to empty. I told the manager that I was on empty, and he said to me four times that “they only drove it a mile” before agreeing to send someone to go put some gas in. I had my one year-old baby with me, and could not understand why he had to let me know so many times that they didn’t drive my car before he made it right.
