My accessories were installed in a timely manner and the work was excellent. My new civic EXL is a great new addition and the most recent of seven other vehicles that I bought at this dealership.
Waited 2 hours for an oil change and when it was completed, the representative Ricardo did not even notify me my vehicle was ready so I had to go check up on it after the promised time. He was also very rude and assertive.
I was driving home and noticed there wasn't a new sticker on my windshield for my oil change. So I checked the display on my dash. It says 50%. Hopefully it was just a simple as not resetting my display. Now I have to go out of my way (I don't live close bye) to have them check it. Not to mention I have to pay out of pocket for my time and gas. I should be compensated for that at the least. Free oil change nextime,gas, ect.

Stand by the product.. car is under warranty. Told service rep that car has loud and making noises. Service rep told me that I had pay for diagnostic test. This response was after I declined others services.
