Jesse was exceptionally helpful! Even though I had a moody 4 year old with me he was patient and ensured we knew exactly what was going on. My car was ready before the estimated time too! When Jesse reviewed the work completed he informed me of the changes to my estimate because my tires are soon due to be replaced. Jesse gave me a window of time recommended to replace the tires for my vehicles safety and let me know what I could do for estimates on tires. As always Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process comfortable even with all the Covid measures being taken. Thank you again for the service!
Melina was a pleasure to deal with; she helped me understand the report and helped me fix grease smidges left on my interior by the mechanics when I mentioned it.
There were two things different and a little disappointing.
I am acustom to having the little courtesy sticker reminder in my left front upper windshield of oil change date and mileage which was missing this time, also this time I had to ask someone to take my car back to rinse it off because it was not done this time.
Although I can live without it ..if things have changed I understand.
