Rachelle was kind,patient yet very efficient processing my service today.
I live in Apple Valley I had my tires rotated and when I got home I saw an orange light on. I had to call the dealership to find out why the light was on . They told me a computer did not read the tire rotation. My question is why didn’t your mechanic check the light before he drove it up.
Everything was great, but nothing was gone over about my vehicle. Usually I’m told what is recommended to do soon or they go through my paperwork showing me, but I wasn’t told anything.

I asked the tech to please make sure the service guys were careful with my car, as I had removed my car seat covers after getting a detail. He said ok but when I left, I immediately noticed a stain on my passenger seat. I took a pic of it right after. I have asked for stickers to remind me of next oil change due but they keep forgetting also.
Lastly an estimate for 30,000 mile service was given to me at over 500 dollars. After research I see this runs about 250-300 at other places.
I have really enjoyed coming to this location in the past, lately things have been subpar.

I came in for an oil change (15% left) and to clear the wrench-icon that was on my dashboard (A 1 2). There was no tire presser icon showing in the dashboard but just to be safe, I had the tires rotated, air pressure checked, and filters replaced for both the engine and cabin. The customer service was excellent and I left very happy. But after I got home, parked, and drove the again car this evening, now a new error icon came on: the yellow tire pressure light with the exclamation mark. Not sure what is going on but this is not what I expected and is quite frustrating to have to back for a new problem just after I had the car serviced and paid for everything to be checked and addressed proactively.
