Don’t contact me. Your employees are ****. I came in for an emissions recall. Told them I can’t get my car smogged and registered until it’s done. They didn’t tell me to wait 400miles before getting it smogged. I wasted my time and money smogging it only for it to fail because of “incomplete monitors” or some ****. When I went back to Honda they said it’s my fault for not telling them I was going to smog it right after.... THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO NOT EXPECT THE **** CAR TO PASS SMOG FOR 400 **** MILES... IS THAT REALLY THAT CRAZY?! I own a 2012 civic... it’s time to upgrade and I will not be considering Honda for my next car purchase. And it’s strictly because when presented with an issue the employees told me it was MY FAULT! **** business practices. Have a good day.

Overall, I was satisfied with my service. I only marked no because it asked if I was completely satisfied - you list a free car wash as part of your service and my car was not washed. Thank you!
